Introductory note

We have designed our website to be as data protection-friendly as possible. Apart from the storage of data in server log files, which is essential for trouble-free operation, we do not collect any user data. We do not set any cookies. We completely dispense with scripts, social media plugins, advertising trackers, web analytics services and offers that transfer data to third parties (including Google). We thus do not collect, store, provide information on, erase or transfer any personal data.

Sec. 2 Your rights

(1) You have the following statutory rights vis-à-vis the controller as defined under sec. 1:

• Right of information pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR

• Right of rectification or erasure pursuant to Arts. 15 and 16 GDPR

• Right to restrict processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR

• Right to be notified pursuant to Art. 19 GDPR

• Right to object to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR

• Right of data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR

(2) In addition, you may lodge a complaint with the competent Data protection authority regarding the processing of your personal data by the controller.

Sec. 3 Collection of personal data when visiting the website

(1) We have a contract with our web service provider for commissioned data processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

(2) When you visit our website, only such data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (1)(f) GDPR as your browser transmits to our server in the course of this process, and it is stored in log files. This data is all required for technical reasons and usually does not constitute personal data for us.

The data collected are:

• Browser type and browser version

• Operating system used

• IP address of the accessing computer

• Time of the server request

• Referrer URL (the previously visited page)

• Requested website or file

(2) Specifically, your IP address is stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(1)(f) to combat fraud and to ensure the functionality of our website. This data is not merged with other data sources. The IP address is deleted when we can rule out the possibility that an attack on our internet infrastructure has occurred from this address. This is ordinarily done after eight days have elapsed.

(3) We require this data and the storage thereof to the present extent as absolute prerequisites to our provision of the website, which is why you are not entitled to object to this.
